My name is Michael Smith, and I am the Service Director at both Brighton and American Harley-Davidson®. I have been building and riding Harley-Davidson® bikes for years and I currently own a custom-built FXR show bike and a custom Road King®. I love this job because I like solving people's problems and running an efficient Service Department. Right now we are in the process of building a highly-skilled and hand-picked Service Team, and so far we are off to a wonderful start.
