After taking my son to another dealer and sitting for almost 6 hrs only to leave without putting a deal together. We drove to Brighten H.D and it only took about 20 minutes to be shown at bike in the price range and style he was looking for. 1.1/2 hrs later he was riding it home. The sales department was friendly awesome and I would definitely be there to buy my next bike as well. You guys made my son's dream of owning a Harley a reality thank you very much

Today I was blown away by the service I received at Brighton HD! From Day one over the phone my salesman Ben Pellowe went above and beyond my expectations. Not only did he track down the exact bike I was looking for he managed to get me the deal I wanted as well. I had been searching for months. You wouldn't believe all the salesman I ran into that was unwilling and rude just to provide information. Because of Ben I decided past up many of dealerships on the way and drive 6 1/2 hours to do business with Ben! I was warmly welcomed from the front desk to GM. I just want to thank the Brighton HD family for the experience. And I would highly recommend to everyone.

I just recently purchased my first Harley Davidson. I bought a 2016 Deluxe. My salesman Ben made it a truly great experience. The entire staff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and willing t answer questions. I felt welcome from the time I walked in the store. My sales person has done a couple of follow ups with me since the purchase to make sure I am still pleased.. Brighton Harley Davidson is a true customer oriented dealership. I would gladly recommend them.

I can't tell enough people about the absolutely excellent service that I have received at Brighton HD. I don't exactly live close to Brighton but I will always take the time and make the effort to go to Brighton HD. Service writers are fabulous and go out of their way to make you experience positive. The mechanics are wonderful and easy to access. Hats off to Brian ..... that guy knows his stuff and won't BS you about anything. Service was fast and affordable. My new HD home.

I recently purchased a very slightly used 2014 FLHXS from Ellen at Brighton Harley. I was very lucky to find a used bike that fit my needs perfectly.
Ellen was very patient in helping with the entire process (I can be a pain). Many others of the sales and service staff were always willing to help out and share experiences and opinions with me. I am new to Harley and it was very refreshing to be welcomed and so easily share and receive information.
I worked with Craig on the deal and he was also very supportive and went above and beyond to help me get where I needed to be. I bought the bike in February and took delivery in April.
I take the riders course in a couple weeks but have worked with Tracy and she has been very accommodating!
I have been back to the dealership many times since then attending events and purchasing parts, accessories, clothing, helmets, jackets and such. John and Ann in the parts department have been great and always welcoming. The clothing crew also are always nice and willing to help.
Really glad I chose to head East and use Brighton Harley as my dealership! Great experiences so far and I'm sure more to come. I will and do happily recommend Brighton Harley to my friends and family.

I just purchased a new 2014 Ultra Limited. What an awesome bike! My sales experience was tremendous. Walt was a pleasure to work with. I had gone and found a bike that I thought I wanted at another dealership but decided to stop by Brighton to do some comparison shopping. Man am I glad I did. I got a superior deal and a superior bike. As it's been mentioned before, I now have a new dealer home. Everyone at Brighton made me feel right at home. I would like to express my thanks and gratitude to Brighton Harley Davidson. They helped us out on Thursday August 28th. My husband and I got a flat tire on our Ultra Classic on Wednesday night on the way to the motel in Whitmore Lake. After limping it into a dimly light parking lot and working on it for two hours, we decided to call a wrecker and have it hauled the 4 miles to the motel. At 10:00 am we called Brighton Harley and asked if they had a driver who could come out and pick us up. Their driver was off that day but the manager on duty talked to one of his technicians,Mike, who was there in less than 20 minutes. Mike, the technician, who also came and picked us up, took us back to the dealership, fixed the flat, replaced a spring on the kickstand and we were on our way by 12:30. The cost of the tire, replacing the spring, and labor was less than the price we have paid other dealerships for just the tire. They didn't even charge us to come and pick us and the bike up at the hotel. They even washed the bike!!!! AWESOME!!!! I can't begin to express how awesome everyone at this dealership was to us. Ellen was so nice and showed us the new 2015's and talked to us during our short wait. Tim cleaned the tire that had the hole in it to see how damaged it was and even dried it off so we could strap it to the bike and take it home. Mitch at the Service Counter got the paperwork going super fast and got us in so quickly. Again THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU to Ellen, Mike Tim, and absolutely everyone at Brighton Harley Davidson!!!! You guys are the best and really helped turn a bad situation around. It restored our faith in humanity, as we know there are wonderful, helpful, pleasant and courteous people out there...and the best team of employees I've ever met are working at Brighton Harley Davidson!!!! Go there!!! They treat you like family!!!!!
