"Being my first H/D purchase i was hesitant at first, However Eric and Matt took that away very quickly. The overall 1st Harley expierience was beyond anything imagined and your dealership can be proud of that. Being the proud new owner of a 06 1200 Custom, Brighton H/D has my loyalty for their professionalism and the way they bring you into the family. Michael in service, Charlie in parts, The girls in clothing, ALL SHOULD BE PROUD OF THE DEALERSHIP AND THEIR CO-WORKERS. To all, Thanks. See you on the road and at the store!!!! Jeff Brown"

"After 1 email and 2 phone conversations with Bob (sales manager), I got the deal I asked for(after 3 dealerships prior) on a hard to find two tone 2006 Harley Softail Deluxe that wasn't even in their stock. Not only was the bike there the very next day, but the deal did not change!! I was personally introduced to every single employee there that day. Bob, John (business manager), and Jim (sales) each contributed to make sure no questions or concerns I had were left unanswered. Josh (tech) showed me every important detail of my new Softail and offered to call him anytime with any questions or problems I may encounter. On my way out, I just had to look one more time at my new 2006 two tone Glacier White/Cobalt Blue Softail Deluxe. The whole staff knew that I was so happy, but more impotantly we all knew that we were now family. Thanks to all !!!! Jay E. Fleisher "

"I am VERY happy with my experiences with Brighton H-D! I went to two other dealerships to trade in 2 Harley's and upgrade to a brand new one and was disappointed. Then my friend told me about Brighton H-D. I was VERY happy dealing with them and got the bike that I've wanted for years! In my book, they should be rated a 10 Star!!! They make you feel like a celebrity. Everybody there is nice, helpful and polite. What a pleasure to walk in the place."

"I just spoke with Ryan in service about dyno tuning my bike. I just want to say he was great and very straight-forward. He seemed to know what he was talking about and more important what I was talking about. I hope your mechanics are as professional as Ryan was. "I am very happy with my new Harley. Bob Salyer, the Sales Manager at Brighton H. D. went above and beyond to make us a Brighton H. D. Customer. Charlie, our Sales Person, did an outstanding job. John Walsh did a great job securing the best possible interest rate for us. James in Parts is very knowledgeable and helpful with Parts and Accesories. The Motorclothes department is very friendly and helpful. Craig Miller, the General Manager, has assembled an excellent staff, and host Open House Events that are second to none. I am very lucky to have such a quality dealership in my own home town. Sincerly, Scott S."

"To see the "Hawgs" roll into the Brighton High School Dawg Pound with the cheerleaders holding black and orange flags was just the thing needed to get the adrenaline flowing at our second football playoff game. What an awesome sight - and sound!! How can you NOT get excited hearing 30 or 40 Harleys rev up??? It was a sight I hope we see again soon. Please come back this Friday and take the football moms for a ride!!!! Your community support is awesome."

"Hello! Last night I was in the press box of the Brighton vs. Ann Arbor Pioneer high school football game. I am a spotter for the P.A. announcer. I noticed at about a half hour before the game what I thought was a biker club coming to the game, maybe from Ann Arbor, maybe a bunch of guys out for a putt on a nice, warm, Friday night, or whatever. I am also a volunteer coach for the freshman football team. One of the coordinators for the athletic department is Brandon Krugh, and is also on staff for the freshman team, turns to me and says that it is a group of people from the Brighton Harley store, they had contacted them about presenting the flag before the game. I thought to myself.................this could be a pretty cool thing. Before the game Brandon tells me that the cheerleaders would be riding on the back of the bikes carrying flags to spell BRIGHTON, and then the American flag. Well let me tell you in no uncertain terms, it was a tremendous success. It brought goosebumps to my neck, and when they raised the flag they did it properly, all the way up and I'm thinking please remember that it has to go back to half-staff, and it did...............perfect. I'm not sure of the terms of your agreement but if you get the chance please come back next year and rev them Hogs again for us. Friday nights are fun when the community gets involved like you did last night. Back in the '70's I used to ride a friend of mine Sportster. I am now 50 and I am thinking about getting back on a bike again. My Freshman head coach rides a FLHTCUI (?). I already know that I would like to get on a Road King. Oh and by the way I know where I will go if I do purchase a new Road King. A dealership with class..........Brighton Harley Davidson/Buell. Congrats on an outstanding job. You may use my name in any published document you see fit. I would be honored. One other thing, I am the 1977 World Heavyweight Wristwrestling Champion ( as seen on ABC's Wide World of Sports )."

"I have been to your dealership several times, as well as to your sister dealership in Ann Arbor. I have been delighted with the service and staff on every occasion. I particularly want to brag about your service area at Brighton, which went out of their way to help me with a minor problem on my Dyna during a holiday weekend, resolving it quickly .....without charge, I might add! I especially want to congratulate you on a salesman on your Brighton staff, Charlie, who is always cheerful, pleasant and helpful, even to the point of follow-up calls to my home. He obviously goes out of his way to make every visit * and every visitor * a welcome event. I am not yet ready to buy another bike but, when I am, the first stop I make will be Brighton....or Ann Arbor....or Brighton....or............so many good choices! I guess it'll come down to the timing, or the open-house food, or all the pretty bikes.........or......let's just leave it at a giant thank you! (And a raise for Charlie!). Keep up the great service and staffing. William J. "
